These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TCG Wagon website ("the Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

TCG Wagon is a UK-based online retailer of trading card games, collectibles and related accessories. We are registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at info@tcgwagon.com.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or in connection with any unlawful purpose.
• Transmitting unsolicited or unauthorised advertising (spam).
• Knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or any malicious material.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any server connected to it.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders already placed.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details.

For pre-orders, payment is taken at the time of order to secure your allocation.

Delivery timescales are estimates from date of dispatch, not order. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel your order and receive a full refund, excluding return postage (unless faulty). Items must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging.

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including any return postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pre-order items are products announced but not yet released. Release dates come from the manufacturer and are subject to change. If a date changes, we'll notify you by email. You may cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Pre-orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is taken at the time of order.

All content on this Site is the property of TCG Wagon or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, TCG Wagon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
