Not happy with your order? You've got 30 days from delivery to send unopened items back for a full refund. 🔄
30-day returns 🛡️
Items must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed condition. Sealed product (booster boxes, ETBs, gift boxes) that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty — we can't resell opened collectibles.

Get the green light
We'll send a return authorisation and the return address.

Pack & post
Pack securely and post it back (tracked postage recommended).

Get refunded
Once inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any return postage costs. 📸
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation once it's processed. 💚
